This is super easy to upload - just download their APP on your phone, and send pictures to it; fast upload too, the screen is big (this is the whole reason for this gift, as my mom complained the phone screen is too small), easy to use - just turn on and the power, the pictures is clear.

This is a good solid product with double the internal storage of its competitors. But, be warned. Even though the description mentions that there is a gift mode that allows you to upload pictures without opening the box, it does not work. I wish I had read the reviews more carefully before ordering as I bought it as a gift and this shortcoming was mentioned by several reviewers. In addition, the description notes that there is a micro sd slot and there is. What is not mentioned is that the micro ssd cannot be used as additional storage but only to upload or backup pictures.
